Verify or change your email address

Activate your account and deal with a missing verification email.

Email verification is required to unlock normal account use, including credit top-ups. Use an address you control.

Step by step

Open the verification page after registering, or open the Email category in Settings.
Check the address, request a verification message and look in your inbox and spam folder.
Open the newest verification link. If the panel asks you to sign in, use the matching account.
To change the address, use the email settings and complete the requested confirmation.

Check the result

The account should show its verified status. Repeated resend attempts are rate-limited; wait before requesting another message.

Important

Unverified accounts are subject to deletion after 30 days. Never forward a verification or recovery link to another person.
