Sign in, reset or change your password

Recover access without sharing your password with support.

Use a unique password. A CAPTCHA or second factor may be required depending on the sign-in method and account settings.

Step by step

On Sign in, choose Forgot password if you cannot remember it.
Complete the CAPTCHA and submit your email address. Check the inbox and spam folder without repeatedly requesting new links.
Open the reset link and choose a new strong password. Complete any additional verification the page requests.
If already signed in, change the password under Settings instead.

Check the result

A password change invalidates existing account sessions. Sign in again on your other devices and review API access.

Important

Reset links expire and rate limits apply. Support does not need your current password, authentication code or backup codes.
