Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you notify us of the withdrawal.

Starting the service before the period ends

Server provisioning or a comparable hosting service may begin before the withdrawal period ends at your explicit request. For a service performed in full, the right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly consented beforehand and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
