Storage full: server, backups or database

Find the correct quota before deleting files.

Server files, backups and databases have separate storage limits. Free space in one area does not increase the others.

Step by step

Read the error to identify the affected storage area.
For server storage, inspect worlds, logs and large plugin files. For backups, inspect everything inside /backups, including FTP uploads.
For MySQL, inspect usage per database and remove data only through an appropriate database tool.
Download needed data before deleting it, or order an available capacity upgrade.
Wait for usage to refresh and retry a small write.

Check the result

If reported usage remains inconsistent, give support the server ID, affected directory/database and approximate size.

Important

Never delete world region files or database tables blindly. A full quota can block new uploads and database writes.
