A final shutdown line is often only the consequence. Look earlier in the console or logs/latest.log for the original problem.
Step by step
- Check expiry and any unfinished operation first.
- Open Fix Tool and review its findings, including the latest crash/log information.
- For Unable to access jarfile, check the filename and startup command. For UnsupportedClassVersionError, check Java compatibility.
- For a port conflict, compare plugin and server ports. For plugin/mod errors, check the exact release and dependencies.
- Apply only understood repairs and confirm the EULA if the action requires it.
Check the result
Start once after the change and compare the new log. Send an SRV error reference to support if the hosting operation itself fails.
Important
A JAR repair can replace a custom JAR. Make a backup before using repair options that replace files.
