Why a tool or button is locked

Distinguish plan limits, software compatibility and missing permissions.

Visible tools can be unavailable for several different reasons. A disabled button is not necessarily a malfunction.

Step by step

Read the tooltip or notice next to the locked control.
Check whether the plan includes Pro Tools or the required add-on.
Check whether your game software supports that tool; a proxy or Node.js application does not have every Minecraft world feature.
For a shared server, ask the owner to review your permissions.
Check email verification, required Discord linking, expiry and active jobs.
