Step by step
- Open Credit and find the payment documents or invoices section.
- Choose the relevant document and download its PDF.
- For monthly invoices, check the service period and categories such as hosting, databases and additional ports.
- Review the credit settlement breakdown, including third-party support or bonus credit where applicable.
Check the result
Buying several months in advance does not mean all future service is invoiced as already delivered that month. Billing details can be supplied in Settings before issue.
Important
Finalized invoices are not overwritten by later profile changes. For corrections or refunds, contact support with the document number. This guide does not provide tax advice.
