Expiry, deletion and restoring an archived server

Understand the recovery window and why addresses can change.

An expired server is stopped. Normally it keeps its allocation for 3 days before moving into the archive; the archive window is 7 days. An explicitly deleted server enters the archive.

Step by step

  1. Check the expiry or archive deadline shown in the server list.
  2. If the server is only expired, use its configuration to purchase further runtime.
  3. For an archived server, choose Restore to open the restoration configurator.
  4. Choose resources and duration, review the price and confirm. Restoration starts only after the order succeeds.
  5. After restoration, copy the current address and check your subdomain and plugin port settings.

Check the result

Archived servers release their IP/ports. Restoration does not promise the previous allocation.

Important

The displayed deadline is decisive, including any administrator adjustment. Archive retention is not a substitute for your own downloaded backups.
